Gehry lawsuit dismissed

A lawsuit filed against Frank Gehry and Partners has been dismissed by the judge, according to the New York Times. The suit was filed by Circa Publishing Enterprises in California after Gehry struck a deal with famous jewellery designers Tiffany and Company to create a range using the architect's signature shapes, a deal similar to one already struck with Circa who claimed exclusivity. Gehry's lawyers however advised that the deal with Circa had been terminated at the time of the deal with Tiffany & Company and the Judge dismissed the case before closing arguments had been made.
