Foster + Partners unveil fresh images of First and Mission Towers

Foster + Partners has released new renderings of its First and Mission Towers in San Francisco. Foster + Partners is working with Heller Manus Architects to design a 2 million sq ft mixed-use development in San Francisco for TMG Partners and Northwood Investors LLC. The First and Mission scheme will feature two high-rise towers, the greatest of which will be the tallest residential project on the West Coast.

An 850ft-high hotel, residential and office tower feature highly flexible ‘super-sized’ floor plates with an open layout supported by an orthogonal structural system devised for seismic stability. This tower will be coupled with a shorter 605ft-high structure dedicated to residential units.
