Two winners announced for Archifest Pavilion

Archifest, an annual architecture festival organised by the Singapore Institute of Architects (SIA), has announced two winners of the Archifest 2014 Pavilion Design Competition who will now work together, combining their ideas to create a pavilion for the Marina Bay Event Plaza.

Fong Hoo Cheong of HCF Associates will work with Kelvin Kan and Shinya Okuda of AgFacadesign and NUS on the pavilion design to create a fitting venue to host this annual event. This year Archifest will be held from 26 September until 11 October under the theme CROWD, considering the notion of the crowd and how this contributes to the fields of architecture and urban design.

More information on the pavilion and wider Archifest event can be found here.
