Three finalists for International Financial Centre competition in Rublyovo-Arkhangelskoye

Rublyovo-Arkhangelskoye CJSC, part of the Sberbank Russia Group of companies, has announced the completion of the second stage of the international competition for the development of the masterplan for the International Financial Centre (IFC) in Rublyovo-Arkhangelskoye, Moscow. The three finalists at this stage of the competition are:

– TEAM MOSCOW - ASTOC / HPP
– KCAP ARCHITECTS&PLANNERS, DE ARCHITECTEN CIE., BURO HAPPOLD, KARRES EN BRANDS LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTS, MLAB, FAKTON AND PROSPERTITY PROJECT MANAGEMENT
– TPO RESERVE - MAXWAN

IFC is a 460 ha mixed-use development project located in Rublyovo-Arkhangelskoye and includes the construction of offices, housing and hotels, as well as commercial and social infrastructure. The competition was held in two stages over the course of eight months.

In the next and final stage, the client will hold further negotiations with the finalists to discuss further participation in the implementation of the project. The final meeting of the jury took place on 7-8 April in order to select the three finalists from the eight consortia that took part in the second stage of the competition.
