NY-based Loci announces exclusive agreement with MMA to expand into multi-family housing

An agreement which will see New York practice Loci Architecture working as exclusive consultants with Meltzer Mandl Architects (MMA) has been announced. Loci has hired MMA staff to support its strategic plan, expanding its current remit into market-rate and affordable housing. MMA is a very experienced firm with over 10,000 units of luxury and affordable housing located within the greater New York Metropolitan Area.

David Briggs, Principal at Loci, explains: “This is a natural evolution of our firm’s growth, combining our community, education, and private residential expertise with MMA’s extensive multi-family housing experience. The changes I am announcing, which vastly expand Loci’s talent pool and diversity of services, represent our ongoing commitment to design, service, and vision for New York City.”
