DAMAC Properties and The Trump Organization begin construction on 18-hole golf course in Dubai

An 18-hole, par 71 golf course in Dubai has been unveiled by DAMAC Properties in partnership with The Trump Organization. Located ten minutes from Sheikh Zayed Road within the boundaries of the new 28 million sq ft Akoya development by DAMAC, the 7,205yd course will be the first in Asia for The Trump Organization and will join a portfolio of 14 award-winning courses by the esteemed company.

Construction has already begun on Trump International Golf Club with completion scheduled for next year. A luxurious 30,000 sq ft club house will sit on the 9th and 18th holes and a triplet of opulent restaurants will be available for lunch or dinner.

Hussein Sajwani, Chairman of DAMAC Properties said: “By collaborating with Donald Trump, we are bringing the most elite name in golf and international luxury real estate to Dubai. This course will provide a unique challenge for golfers, while delivering the upmost luxury and refinement for which both DAMAC Properties and The Trump Organization have become renowned for.”
