The construction team for the Kingdom Tower in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia has been revealed. Mace and EC Harris, the team behind the construction of The Shard in London, UK, have secured a contract to project manage the realisation of the 1km-high tower.

CEO of Mace Mark Reynolds commented: “Kingdom Tower is a project of international importance and immense ambition and we are delighted to be part of the joint venture team tasked with its delivery.” Construction is estimated to take 63 months.
