Work underway on 560m-tall mixed use tower in Jinan designed by Terry Farrell and Partners

Foundation works are said to be complete on the Evergrande International Finance Center in China by Evergrande Real Estate Group. Designed by Terry Farrell and Partners, the building will top 560m upon completion, outstripping the current tallest building in China - the Shanghai World Financial Center - by 68m however it is likely that the 632m-Shanghai Tower by Gensler will be completed first meaning the Evergrande International Finance Center will not be the tallest completed building in China. The Evergrande International Finance Center will incorporate numerous hotel rooms, residential units, office space, commercial outlets and entertainment venues over more than 1.1million sq m.
