KPK joins AECOM's Davis Langdon cost and project consultancy business throughout Asia

AECOM is expanding its employee base in Asia by joining forces with KPK, a construction cost and contract management consultancy firm. KPK will join AECOM’s Davis Langdon, bringing its 600 employees in China, Hong Kong, India, Malaysia, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Vietnam to the firm. After customary closing conditions have been passed - final confirmation is due by the end of 2012 - AECOM will have more than 8,000 people across Asia.

AECOM Chairman and CEO, John M. Dionisio welcomed the decision, stating: “KPK will enhance the offerings of our Davis Langdon cost and project consultancy business throughout Asia, which is part of our targeted, balanced growth strategy.” This positive outlook was echoed by Bob Pell, Chief Executive of AECOM’s Davis Langdon, who said: “This is a very significant development for Davis Langdon. Asia has enormous growth potential for us and this extension of our business in the region supports our desire to grow market share and expand our services, geographic reach and sector coverage there.”
