Third consecutive school project in south of England for Nightingale Associates and Kier Construction

Established UK practice Nightingale Associates and Kier Construction have just secured their third consecutive school project together in the south of England: Oxford Spires Academy extension and refurbishment. The project will include the construction of the Reuben Business Centre - a three storey ICT building with teaching and breakout spaces, science labs, house bases and sixth form spaces - and the refurbishment of existing sections of the school.

Councillor Melinda Tilley, Oxfordshire County Council’s Cabinet Member for Education said: “The refurbishment and new building works at the Oxford Spires Academy will really benefit the existing school and provide pupils with excellent up-to-date facilities. I am delighted the academy will be using its status to maximise its potential and I wholeheartedly support it as it strives to become an outstanding school.”
