Green light for Seniors' Village in Louguan Valley

Plans for an Esprit de Vie Seniors' Village in Louguan Valley, China, have been approved. Conceptualised for Chinese developer Roho, the designs bring together senior amenities, care facilities and independent living units with elements that integrate intergenerational living and village life. Roho Principal, Mr Li, commented: “I believe that this is the first truly integrated Seniors Village in China and its unique design will create China’s first 5-star Seniors' Resort.” Construction will commence in late 2013.
