Helmut Jahn to receive Lifetime Achievement Award from Chicago AIA

Chicago architect Helmut Jahn will receive the 2012 Lifetime Achievement Award from the Chicago Chapter of the American Institute of Architects The award, which honours a distinguished body of work, will be presented on 26 October at AIA Chicago’s design excellence program at Navy Pier. Previous recipients of the award are Walter Nesch (2006), John A. Holabird, Jr. (2007), Gertrude Kerbis (2008), Daniel Burnham and Edward Bennett (2009), Natalie DeBlois (2010) and Ben Weese (2011).
