Two major retail facilities completed by Benoy

Benoy is celebrating the completion of two new buildings in Taiwan and Thailand, as the firm’s first project in Taipei - Megacity - and latest scheme in Bangkok - Central Plaza Rama IX - open for business. Megacity is a 13-storey retail facility stretching across 60,000 sq m making it the largest department store in New Taipei. The geometric interior design was inspired by traditional Japanese origami with folding features, adding a dynamic quality to the public space.

The Central Plaza Rama IX complex is Benoy’s fourth scheme with developers Central Pattana Group and offers seven storeys of retail amenities in Bangkok. Providing 80,000 sq m of retail space in three separate areas, the major new scheme forms a mass of graceful curving and twisting aspects uniting leisure, entertainment and retail facilities.
