Aleksandar Design Group gains approval for a new mixed use development
A new 2 stage mixed use development in the north shore Sydney suburb of St Leonards has gained development approval. Consisting of 1600sqm of retail and commercial space in the podiums, with 96 apartments above, the two 13 storey towers will be the latest urban infill project in the precinct. A diverse range of apartment types are incorporated, from studios to penthouses, all of which have access to the landscaped roof terrace that offers expansive views across Sydney. The majority of apartments are northerly orientated, naturally ventilated and appropriately sun shaded. Construction is expected to commence by the end of 2007.
