International architectural practice Denton Corker Marshall set to add Manchester to their London and Melbourne offices

2007 is set to be an exciting year for Denton Corker Marshall. With the completion of their first major civic building in the UK, the Manchester Civil Justice Centre, only weeks away, and with three additional projects in Manchester on their drawing board, they are planning for a great amount of growth. Alongside this, Denton Corker Marshall is shortly going to announce their new offices in Manchester later this week. "With our existing commitments and new projects in the pipeline, it really does make sense for us to have a permanent presence in the region", says UK Director Stephen Quinlan. The offices will include an eight storey office building, a mixed-use development comprising a nine storey office tower, 100 room boutique hotel and 200 apartments and a 12 storey office building in New York Street, Manchester.
