Proposed Venting Stations to be engaged as public art.
SKM Architecture was approached to explore the relationship of their services requirement to implement a series of venting stations across a main sewer line. In addressing the siting of these small buildings predominantly scattered in parkland adjacent to residential buildings, a family of sculptural buildings that were variations of a similar theme based on the exploration of the building's functional cubic mass, geometry and notion of facets and edges was realised.
