Architects Miguel and Grupo Cuesta create a new Public Library

Due to the demand for better public buildings and a new image, the city of Ensenada, Mexico, is opening a multifunctional Public Library. The design by architect Miguel Cuesta/Grupo Cuesta, includes independent lobbies, lots of space, as well as inner and outer gardens, with the aim to integrate but also maintain independence for its different inhabitants. It is hoped that the new building will become an icon for the city.
