Atkins competition winning concept for TEDA Landmark Towers is progressing to the next stage.

The project which was designed in the Shenzhen and Bristol offices of ATKINS is a winner of an international competition.TEDA is located to the east of Tianjin, China. The project is for 3 mixed office, residential, commercial and hotel towers of approximately 400 000m2 to form a central ‘Landmark’ for the city. Each tower consists of series of 8 storey high cubes. The cubes are rotated, spiraling up the towers. On the top of each tower will be advanced vertical wind-power turbines. Design Team: KY Cheung, M.Jochman, Lup Chee , Luo Jun, Jianbo Li, Joseph Mc Laughlin.
