The architectural concept proposes a simple volume and pure lines with an emphasis on the contemporary use of a traditional material: copper.
The house is structured with a concrete skeleton, enveloped in a single skin. The roof has four sided without eaves creating continuity with the façades and disappearing at a glance by the effect of reducing perspectives.
From the bell-towers of a church to roofs and façades of rural housing, copper, thanks to its durability, is a much appreciated and commonly used material.
The interior is composed of two levels sheltering a central space where the bathrooms, WC and technical elements can be found.
The compact and monolithic appearance of the façade contrasts with the depth of the volume created by the interior spaces.
