The Fourth & Virginia project, developed by Lexas Companies, will be a high-end condominium development which will have approximately 300 units, 450 underground parking stalls and 11,000 SF of first floor retail. This project will rise to a height of 330 feet (approximately 28 stories) and will be appointed with luxury finishes. Each of condominium units will have large balconies (balconies will be 15 to 20 percent of the unit size - this is very luxury), private elevator lobbies per unit, and valet services.
