MulvannyG2 Architecture, in venture with Gluckman Mayner Architects, has designed a new hotel and residential high-rise tower in the Denny Triangle area of Downtown Seattle.
The 35+ storey project, being developed by the R.C. Hedreen Company at the southwest corner of 8th and Olive, will include 350 guestrooms and approximately 180 luxury 1 and 2 bedroom residential units. Street level uses include the hotel porte cochere, retail, and a signature restaurant. A fitness center will be available to hotel guests and full time residents is located on the second floor. Approximately 16,000 SF of meeting and prefunction space is provided.
