Private house and practice Luc Binst architect

Lofts are empty urban boxes without individual packing but can just as well conceptually translate and profile themselves as a detached space with an architectural layer. My private house is a sculptural synthesis of personal creative tools and interpretations of the flexibility of a loft. The living space level of 28 m x 9 m is one large experimental and private experience with maximum transparency and visual contact. The current uses of material, detailing, and pure furniture design symbolises the identity which must promote the loft object or lounge box complete as an alternative and extravagant living concept. The black plastered finish of the façade on concrete façade with solid-steel as the support structure reinforces the strength and dynamics of this streamlined bolide.
