Our focus for the new Tacoma Convention and Trade Center was to capture the City’s character by respecting the established history and blending classicism with a new contemporary vision for downtown. Having been awarded this project via a rigorous competition, our emphasis was on site sensitivity, program responsiveness, and cost-effectiveness, as well as allowing for expansion flexibility and numerous development options.
