The Capitol Towers project consists of two high-rise towers with an 11-story podium that contains 65,000 SF of retail space, 45,000 SF of gym and 12,000 SF of spa area. There is also a podium with a roof-top swimming pool, and 1,140 parking stalls above grade. Tower One will be 53 stories in height (which includes podium floors) that house a full-service 230-key hotel with ballrooms, meeting space, restaurant and lounge, and kitchens functions. There will also be 343 condominiums with penthouse units and a heliport. Tower Two will be also 53 stories in height with 474 condominiums and penthouse units.
