Detailed planning granted for 176 room hotel for TAG Farnborough Enterprises Ltd.

The project is being developed with Dakota Hotels aiming to deliver a unique hotel regenerating a former RAF Officers Mess site. The design is a 4 star hotel with conference facilities, breakfast bar/patisserie, destination restaurant, gym and lounges with a mix of rooms ranging from double/twin bedrooms to executive suites. Director at Hamiltons, Robin Partington says, “The striking form of the building responds to the client’s brief for a luxury hotel that serves the local business community whilst responding to the context of the airfield, complementing the new cluster of buildings that signal the long term regeneration of the area.”
