Innovative design delivers 650 units in 18 months
This project won an invitation-only competition for developing four apartment blocks from 125 to 140 metres in length. The scheduled time for preparing plans and for resolving the building work was very tight: 650 apartments in less than eighteen months, which meant more than one apartment a day. The budget was also extremely limited: the aim was to build low-cost apartments and we had to bring the final production price in at around 650 €/m2. The apartments have been sold to the "Slovene National Scheme" savers for 1300 EUR/m2, current value is estimated at between 2500-3500 EUR/m2 on the realstate market.
