Forward works have begun on the Co-praxis designed Sequence 3EIGHT apartment complex
This dual tower, 32 unit complex is a mix of strong raw materials combined with unconventional forms and clever site orientation.
Making best use of a narrow site (20m x 100m), the 32 units have been split into two towers which in turn are skewed to create an intricate series of outdoor spaces whilst controlling overlooking and access to prevailing winds and solar conditions for both the proposed apartments and existing neighbours.
Once complete it is hoped SQ38 will set the benchmark for multi-residential redevelopment in this emerging inner city precinct, redefining perceptions of high density apartment blocks from eyesores to civic assets.
