Designed by architect Ian Simpson Architects and financed by the Royal Bank of Scotland, No. 1 Westbridge will be an iconic landmark complex that will comprise 354 luxury apartments, shops, bars and restaurants as well as public squares and a riverside walkway.
City councillors recently unanimously approved plans for a £60 million development that is set to transform Leicester’s re-emerging waterside and the development will not only bring about much needed regeneration to the city's 11 miles of waterside but also provide many new local jobs.
Westbridge Living is working with Leicester City Council to ensure the use of local skills and resources for the development.
The project aims to be a catalyst for more great architecture and investment in the city
