UDA's Martyn Tribe chose the form for this spectacular building from the Marquise gem setting.
With panoramic views of the beach, Albert Park Lake, Dandenong Mountains and the City, Marquise Apartments is situated at St Kilda Junction. This elegant design was a brilliant solution to the problem of a trapezoidal planning and site envelope. Built on the permitted 788 square metres of a 1790 square metre site, this 20 storey high-rise apartment block comprises 60 luxury apartments, two parking basements, relaxation centre, a heated outdoor pool and sundeck, landscaped areas featuring paving, trees, shrubs and reflection pool. Not only were all apartments sold off the plans, but the project was completed on schedule, safely and profitably.
