501 Swanston Street project comprises two residential towers; Verve 501 - 46 storeys and Milano - 36 storeys.
Adjoining the towers on the Victoria Street frontage, are the new Audi Centre Melbourne showroom and the fully refitted 19 storey commercial tower containing 17,000 sqm of quality office space.
The 593 apartments in the Verve 501 and Milano towers sit atop seven levels of podium building containing a variety of cafes, restaurants, specialty shops, a supermarket and a giant indoor rock climbing wall. Other recreational facilities contained in the project include swimming pool, spa, tennis court, gymnasium, sauna and barbecue area.
