The GlassBubble – An 890 m³ bubble made of glass

The GlassBubble is a sculpture, organism and a paradise, compounded. At an exposed and extreme place it becomes a transparent bubble of warmth and a membrane against the raw climate outside. In the darkness of the winter the bubble is a big lightened volume. Inside the GlassBubble there is a sensual, luxuriant and flowering garden with murmuring water, flowers, colours, fruits, verdure and floral splendour. The GlassBubble is situated in a courtyard, exposure for salty winds from the sea. In this barren climate only a few plants will survive.
