The first stage of an ambitious town centre regeneration of the Thames gateway town of Gravesend, the development includes 130 apartments and 18 family houses of which a quarter are affordable rented dwellings. Lord Street's former car park is replaced by a whole city block of 108 apartments set around a raised landscaped courtyard, with new commercial units at ground level. The southern development includes a new square, terraced town houses for sale and an oval six storey block of flats. Client: Gravesham Borough Council, Barratts Eastern Counties
