The Cosmopolitan Toronto Hotel is a sleek, 25-storey condominium/hotel located in downtown Toronto. An infill project, the building was constructed on a highly restrictive site (a mere 45 feet in width by 80 feet in depth. Using limestone-coloured pre-cast façade and bold use of aluminum and granite, the Cosmo is accentuated by vertical columns that serve as a structural expression of the building’s identity.
Inside, the hotel boasts a luxurious interior package that features rich fabrics and premium quality finishes. The minimalist lobby and lounge area were inspired by Eastern practices such as Zen and Feng Shui to reflect an aura of serenity, harmony and balance.
