The historic home of world cricket in St. John's Wood is sensitively refurbished and enhanced

The Grade II* listed members' Pavilion at Lord's Cricket Ground in London was fully refurbished and extended between cricket seasons and reopened in April 2005. The work included a new roof terrace, restored viewing turrets and new heating and cooling in the Long Room. A Conservation Plan acted as a template for this work, and extensive and carefully prepared presentations and consultations took place at the MCC and with the authorities.
