This luxury condominium complex contains 380 1, 2, 3, and 4-bedroom units, with the 4-bedroom units being penthouse suites. Each unit contains a den that could serve as an extra bedroom. The building is supported by a podium that includes such amenities as a large ballroom, day care facility, busness center, dry cleaning facility, entertainment center, refreshment bar, lounge, fitness room, swimming pool, and a multi-purpose room. An inside corridor boasts an “art boulevard” that showcases the art collections of the building’s residents. The formal entry to this 42-story building is highlighted by a waterfall.
