The first and only "Filipino Culture" inspired Master Planning Project by Gozar Planners+Architects for the Filipiniana Tagaytay Properties in the Philippines with Phase 1 now under construction. The 20 hectare development consists of more than two (2) dozens mid-rise residential structures, low-rise and high rise residential flats, country club, 100 room hotel with casino, and a cultural 'Filipiniana' Town Center with an 'Events Piazza' where cultural shows and replicated "fiestas" will be held. coverage is envisioned only to be 33% of the site, providing for more open green areas suited for a resort environment. The rest of the site is going to be dedicated to nature reserves and mini forest parks.
