Robert A.M. Stern Architects & Kendall's design proposes two office towers framing a south-facing landscaped
plaza on the boulevard. The taller building, rising approximately 975 feet, is set back from the boulevard, behind both the plaza and a 110-foot-high public winter garden, which serves both as a forecourt to the taller tower and as a light-flooded entrance
to the Suburban Station concourse below.
A unique feature of this building will be "sky atria" in the lower
portion of the tower, a series of four three-story atrium spaces, one
above the other. Above the limestone and granite base, the
tower is clad in an aluminium-frame curtain wall with high performance
low-E glass
