£30m mixed use academic and student accommodation granted to university of Plymouth
David Morley Architects have been appointed for the first ever academic development to be carried out by University Partnerships Programme (UPP) in a project for the University of Plymouth. It will be part of a £30m mixed use development including student residential accommodation by Willmore Iles Architects.
The academic development will include a lecture theatre, specialist / generic teaching spaces along with academic and support offices. The residential development will comprise 322 en-suite study bedrooms and a café pavilion

Construction is expected to start mid 2006.
