The building is just 150 m from the sea shore and has a fantastic panoramic view of the sea, which is particularly appreciated from the upper floors. The building functions differently on many levels. On the ground floor is situated the commercial area. On the first floor there is the reception of the hotel and the restaurant. On the second and third floor are the hotel rooms and on the fourth floor there is
a terrace bar with an outlook to the sea.
The inclined parabolic volume of the staircase accents
