A multifunctional building at Shengjin seaside

In the entrance of Lezha there is a tourist city called Shengjin. The great forest along the sea shore attracts a large number of visitors who spend their holidays every year in this small peaceful city .

The building is just 150 m from the sea shore and has a fantastic panoramic view of the sea, which is particularly appreciated from the upper floors. The building functions differently on many levels. On the ground floor is situated the commercial area. On the first floor there is the reception of the hotel and the restaurant. On the second and third floor are the hotel rooms and on the fourth floor there is a terrace bar with an outlook to the sea. The inclined parabolic volume of the staircase accents the movement which is visible through a transparent glass used surround. There is a panoramic elevator for the customers of the terrace bar on the top of the building. From the transparent block of the stairs and elevator you can admire the rear of Shengjin, the rock brushy mountain.
