Marchese + Partners winning design for Minton House is complete

The conversion of Minton House in Kings Cross into prestige strata office suites is now complete. The project involved the conversion of the existing prominent 1940's building into 30 luxurious strata office suites. Marchese Partners Interiors winning concept for the project involved building on the original period character of the building to create a luxurious art deco inspired ambience much like that of a boutique hotel. The existing terrazzo stair case and tiled entry lobby have been retained and complemented by the addition of bevelled mirrored panels, feature carpet, large ottoman and pendant lighting, creating a refined and plush period environment. The 30 Suites have patterned glass entry doors and fan lights with thick carpet throughout and are discretely wired for the latest communication technologies . The project is a reflection of the changing nature of the Kings Cross area and demonstrates the re-gentrification and lifestyle shift in this part of Sydney. The area is currently being refreshed and is home to an increasing number of vibrant new commercial, tourism and lifestyle businesses.
