Kobi Karp and Raymond Jungles-designed condominiums to start work this summer
Construction is due to begin this summer on an exciting new venture in Miami for Kobi Karp and Raymond Jungles: Palau Sunset Harbour Condominiums. The luxury residential scheme will offer a cluster of high-end apartments on Miami waterfront with prices ranging from $500,000 to over $2m.
A stone's through from the busy Lincoln Road with its shopping outlets, nearby sandy beaches and vibrant nightlife, the Palau Sunset Harbour development will provide a peaceful haven for its residents with a floating rooftop pool and glorious sundeck for panoramic views across Miami.
Designed by the architect behind the highly publicised Miapolis scheme, Kobi Karp has conceptualised a series of light-rich spaces with floor-to-ceiling windows and generous terraces. These sleek architectural elements have been complemented by landscape architect Raymond Jungle’s exterior spaces, alive with verdant greenery and relaxed communal spaces.
The developers behind the scheme are SMG Management, a partnership between experienced businessmen Stanley Gold and Meir Srebernik, created specifically to target the renewed interest in Miami. Of late a number of world-renowned architects have focused on Miami to showcase their talents, with projects including:
One Thousand Museum - Zaha Hadid Architects
Jade Signature - Herzog & de Meuron
The Residences at The Miami Beach EDITION - John Pawson
New World Symphony - Frank Gehry
