Cylindrical condominiums in Miami by Luis Revuelta take cue from Italian design

Established development firm SMG Management LLC recently acquired four properties in Miami Beach and Miami and, in light of the significant market recovery in Miami, seized the opportunity to bring its Peloro and Palau properties to the region.

SMG envisioned Peloro Miami Beach Condominiums as new, sophisticated residences that answer to the call for intimate, boutique living, with architect Luis Revuelta behind the design. Inspired by Sicilian lighthouses, the architecture embodies the romantic feel that is often aligned with Southern Italy.

With cylindrical curves that are coupled with defined linearity and glass walls, Peloro Miami Beach is designed to be a safe haven that exudes the tranquility one gets from being close to the ocean. Located on the waterfront and steps from the ocean, the 113-unit condominium will offer accessible and unique boutique residences with luxurious design in an ideal location.

75% of the units had been reserved at Peloro in Miami Beach only three months after Cervera Real Estate launched sales at the end of November 2012. Buyer interest has been intense since the launch of the 113-unit condominium, whose architect is renowned for his luxurious residential buildings.

Peloro Miami Beach’s developer, SMG attributes the sales success of the sophisticated new building to a pent-up demand for intimate boutique waterfront living, and to the resurgence of interest in well-located Miami real estate.
