"Distract us from the urban and give us greater contact with nature"

There is an ever-growing necessity to have greater contact with nature to distract us from the urban setting in which we have grown so accustomed to live in. Maison T, a single family ranch house built in Palivor Ranch, a private ranch development located on the border of Turkey and Bulgaria, creates the connection with nature through its inspiring architecture.

Maison T aims to set a new standard for the future of contemporary country house design by creating an intimate and exclusive relation with its occupants and surroundings and the use of conscious design techniques that respect its surroundings. Situated on 20,000 sq m south parcel in this unique location, the 4-bedroom, 4-bath ranch house offers approximately 375 sq m of thoughtfully interior living space in a relaxing, sophisticated environment.

The house's basement is conveniently developed with a private wine cellar, home movie theatre, billiard table, helpers' bedroom and bath, as well as utility rooms. The ground floor is for day living: the open plan living accommodates flexible lifestyles. Open space is very important for this house.

Maison T will set a new standard in the contemporary ranch house design by its architecture, use of materials, and its approach to the environment. In particular, Maison T uses environmentally conscious design techniques and seeks to minimize the negative environmental impact of the building by enhancing efficiency and moderation in the use of materials, energy, and development space. Energy conscious approach to the design is evidenced by the use energy saving materials and methods through the building. Maison T is designed to benefit from the sun at all time of the day without allowing the sun to overheat the interiors.
