World Trade Centre Residence in Dubai is completed

Whether for short, mid-term or extended stays, Jumeirah Living will enable guests and residents to receive the exceptional, world-class service Jumeirah is known for, right in the comfort of their own homes.

Ideally located in the heart of Dubai's business district, Jumeirah Living's World Trade Centre Residence will include a business centre, a private club, a rooftop pool and terrace and a fully-equipped fitness centre, making the residence perfectly tailored to suit an active and sophisticated lifestyle.

Spread over two towers, the 377 residences, including serviced residences, offer a mix of one to four bedroom simplex and duplex apartments, each with commanding views of the city.

Designed by Architects Jung Brannen, Boston, and Concept Designer Hazel Wong (Jumeirah Emirates Towers), state-of-the-art security systems and Jumeirah's renowned standards in luxury, the spacious apartments will be the ultimate status symbol for the upwardly-mobile residents of Dubai.

Jumeirah Living World Trade Centre Residence will also offer its residents a dedicated Lifestyle Concierge, providing fully personalised services from pre-arrival to post-departure. The Lifestyle Concierge team will be on hand to provide advice and fulfill the residents' requests, from finding the perfect spot to place their treasured art before they move in to organising fresh flowers, or stocking the fridge with their favourite food.

Jumeirah Living will set a new benchmark for luxury serviced apartments and residences that will epitomise the hospitality expertise and distinctive hallmarks for which Jumeirah is renowned.
