RMJM drive the Monarch building in Dubai
RMJM were appointed as Lead Consultants
for a mixed use development located in a
prestigious location at the World Trade Centre
roundabout in Dubai. The project is completed and the building is now occupied.
The development consists of
a 40-storey apartment tower, a 32-storey
five-star hotel tower and a large podium to
accommodate retail outlets, restaurants,
ballroom, meeting rooms and a luxury health club.
The volume included between the podium and the
two towers form the hotel atrium which is one of the largest of its kind in
Dubai.
