Latest award to recognise Autodesk's employee-friendly practices
Autodesk has been named as one of Europe's best workplaces. It was ranked 17th in the multinational company category by the Great Place to Work® Institute’s annual study of workplace excellence, which identifies the top 100 organisations to work for in Europe.
The award, announced at a ceremony in Berlin last night, follows Autodesk’s high positions in the UK, Switzerland and Germany Great Place to Work® rankings. In addition, Autodesk has achieved excellent results in the US Fortune 100 and Canada awards, plus the China Top Employers 2012 CRF Institute award. The European study cites Autodesk’s focus on innovation and collaboration as a key reason for this success.
Autodesk’s software enables designers and engineers to fully experience and test their ideas virtually on screen before they are built in the real world. The company is passionate about helping customers create their best possible work and believes that engendering a spirit of collaboration between employees where new ideas can develop freely is a first step towards this aim.
