BEHF Ebner Hasenauer Ferenczy ZT GmbH and Architektur Consult ZT GmbH present the Loisium Wine & Spa Resort.
The hilly region around the Loisium is charming, idyllic and quiet. It is a unique wine-growing region in Austria, which produces and brings to market excellent wines and other exclusive products. The quietness and calmness as well as the archaic, distinctive features of the region and its inhabitants should be the main theme of how the interior of the Loisium is perceived.
The main objective is to find the healthy balance without overemphasising stereotyped local elements or cool and fashionable ideas of International interior design. The Loisium will offer 85 double rooms and 20 suites. The rooms are bright and are furnished in a simple, yet appealing way.
The bathroom is connected to the bedroom through a corridor made of glass panes with mirror surfaces. Multifunctional sitting steps as well as wall lamps stretch out along the whole room. The material applied to the wall and the floor is white-glazed spruce wood. The fabric, which covers some of the furniture items as well as the bed covers, is printed with traditional blue ornaments. The bedside tables are simple pieces of furniture made of brushed steel.
On the walls in the entry hall, in the restaurant as well as in the wellness and sauna areas green tiles are predominant. This emphasizes a powerful, strong choice of colours. The character and depth of the majestic rooms is underlined by the rich colour of the tiles as well as by their shimmering surfaces. Simple wooden furniture is provided for seating. Special pieces of furniture are made of copper with a hammer-beats- styled surface. Metallic-golden surfaces dominate in the wine-bar, including a golden polyurethane layer on the floor.
The materials applied within the Loisium Styria glisten in the light just like the wine, originating in this region, when you hold it up against the sun.
