Studios and office accommodation to support innovation and enterprise developments

Working with a partnership group led by SEEDA (South East England Development Agency), R H Partnership have been appointed as architects for a £5m landmark innovation centre that will form the first phase of a new technology park. The 3,400 m² building will comprise workspace, studios and office accommodation to support innovation and enterprise developments. The centre will also house one of SEEDA’s network of enterprise hubs; a maturing group of 22 business support networks, providing mentoring, links to training and opportunities for technology and knowledge exchange, in particular for fast growing technology companies. The centre will provide a quality environment to accommodate and encourage entrepreneurial activity in the local knowledge base and high technology industries.
