S|A Architectural Partnership enriches living spaces with elegance and fluid lines
For S|A Architectural Partnership, House B represents the idea of what an upscale single family house should be. Located at the end of a large scale green area, the design of the house is developed with the premise of keeping most of the main views to the green areas. As a consequence of these needs, a central 'patio' is located at the core of the project letting light flow into the main floor and all social spaces; enriching visual and sensorial experiences through the house.
Huge windows and two lateral walls section the body of the structure and let light and views flow into the house bringing the surrounding green areas into the project and merging them with all different materials used inside the house, such as marble, granite, wood and local stones. Facades are sectioned with the use of massive forms and light elements such as suspended walls, floated ceilings and screen shades which combined with glass and stones create an experience of warmness and sophistication.
