New IT Towers for Mumbai
Two IT Towers for K. Raheja Corp. at Mindspace Malad, Mumbai for the end user M/s. Morgan & Stanley of USA. One tower has been completed and the next one is on its way. The total construction area is approx. half a million Sft.
Innovative techniques of construction were applied to achieve this goal. Latest path breaking technologies were put into the picture. The building orientation and external cladding material helps in cutting down the heat load so that the structure is energy – efficient.
It was a structure to be conceived for the customer, ‘A Developer’, keeping in mind the needs for the consumer ‘A Corporate Firm – with International Standards. Hence it was necessary to strike the right balance between various aspects of Economy, Design Efficiency, Aesthetics, Quality, Engineering, Technology, Safety & Security.
